Terra Mining announces Rose Dam Contract Award

Terra Mining is pleased to announce that it recently received a Contract Award for
mining services works at the Rose Dam North and Central Project for Norton Gold Fields
Paddington Operations near Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.

Works have already commenced onsite with the full scope of services including drill,
blast, load and hauling works. Terra’s engagement on the Central Pit works at Rose Dam
has already been extended.

Ree Dai, Terra Mining’s Managing Director, spoke to the Contract Award at Rose Dam
stating, “Our existing works at Paddington for Norton Gold Fields have always
progressed smoothly and we are pleased to see this scope continue to grow. The current
outlook across the mining industry in the region is incredibly strong, however strategic
client relationships remain at the centre of successful growth stories. This award is
vindication for Terra that our commercial strategies are working.”

At the contract’s peak, Terra is projected to have a workforce of upwards of 80
personnel on-site. “Everyone is aware of current constraints and challenges within the
broader labour market, and our recruitment team continue to outperform benchmarks
to allow us to service our strategic expansion,” added Mr Dai, concluding “Our clients are
continuing to demonstrate their faith in Terra. This is a product of our performance – not
only in production, but by strategically being able to fulfil contracts through ensuring
continuity, quality and availability of labour supply.”

Established in 2019, Terra Mining is a new force in contracting. With operational contracts
across multiple continents and a continuously expanding presence in Australia, Terra has
quickly built a reputation as well-resourced, outcome focussed and as a good neighbour
for every project on which it is engaged.
